How to Order

iPad dash kits can be ordered directly from this website (Soundman.co) or from our distributor Down4SoundShop.com.

Custom dash mod builds can be performed by us (install@soundman.co) or by one of our authorized dealers.

Shipping

iPad kits are made per order! Please allow up to two weeks for kits to arrive.

Signature may be required upon package delivery.

We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

Your tracking number will be emailed to you once we print your shipping label.

Shipping times may vary with limited merch and collectible items. Check the product description for ship time updates.

Customers outside of the USA may be required to pay VAT fees if they apply to your region. Packages ship from California, USA. Please check VAT charges for your country.

Returns

iPad kits are made per order. We do not offer refunds.

To EXCHANGE a Soundman iPad kit for a different kit size/style please return your order in the original packaging, including your invoice and a note telling us which kit you would like, to the return address printed on your invoice. Exchanges must be sent within two weeks of your order delivery date.

Soundman kits are designed for use by car audio fabrication professionals (and highly skilled enthusiasts). We use state of the art technology to create our injection molded tablet dash kits in small batches. Each kit is injection molded and prepared by hand per order. We ask that you please read our online documentation thoroughly and watch our videos to be sure of your purchase before you buy. Made with pride in California, USA.

Warranty

If you experience a defect with one of our products we will gladly replace it for you. Please email us at orders@soundman.co. Please include your order number and a description of the problem you are experiencing.
